Colonel P Hani, SM (Retd) served for about 24 years in the Army during which he tenanted various important command, staff and instructional appointments. He took retirement to start off on his entrepreneurship journey in the year 2020. He has done his MTech and MBA in the field of Information Technology and is a certified Data Scientist as well as a Blockchain architect. He founded Edgeforce Solutions Private Limited, a defence and aerospace startup along with Padmapriya, with a vision to bring Deeptech solutions into Defence. The startup is primarily working in the field of Autonomous systems, Extended reality and AI embedded devices with Edge architecture. It is to his credit and leadership that the company has won 5 IDEX challenges till date. It has also been recognized as one of the promising startups by the Govt of Telengana. Edgeforce was selected by Niti Ayog to represent the Indian startup ecosystem in the G-20 Startup Shikhar and SLUSH 2023 in Helsinki, Finland.
