Suguru Kawashima is currently a head of global business expansion of Findy Inc., a Tokyo-based software engineers platform specialized in building a robust engineers team providing a SaaS tool to enhance developers productivity.

Findy, founded 8 years ago, has shown significant growth in Japan by offering a recruitment platform for software engineers and enhancing developer productivity through our visualization tools. We successfully closed our Series D in 2024, raising a total of $30 million to date.

Between 2016 and 2021 he worked for Recruit Holdings, responsible for business development and M&A/PMI.

Recruit Holdings is the Tokyo-listed global HR technology company, during his three year of the five-year stint, he was seconded to the US to execute the HR technology business unit’s M&A and the post-merger integration as a corporate development of Indeed.com, a Texas-headquartered job listing portal acquired by Recruit in 2014.

Previously Suguru worked for 7 years at KPMG Japan as a consultant.
