Nikhil is a co-founder and CEO of Noccarc, a Pune-based startup specializing in designing smart medical devices and transforming ICUs with path-breaking digital possibilities. He has been recognized on several platforms, including the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia in 2020, for his contribution to Noccarc’s growth. With a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, Nikhil has always been passionate about robotics and machine design.

After graduating in 2016, Nikhil worked as a Design Engineer at Bajaj Auto, where he gained invaluable experience working on automation and robotics projects. This experience laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey, and he co-founded Noccarc with a vision to revolutionize the hardware sector in India.

Under Nikhil’s leadership, Noccarc has achieved significant milestones, including winning awards such as National Award for Technology Startup 2021, IISF National Startup Award under Ventilators & Other Medical Equipment Theme, 11th Aegis Graham Bell Awards- Innovative Medical Equipment Category, CIF Canada India Healthcare Innovation Awards 2021, Marico Innovation Foundation Innovate to Beat award 2020, among others.

Nikhil’s vision and dedication have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and revolutionizing the healthcare sector. Nikhil has been honored with many recognitions, including the INAE Young Innovator and Entrepreneur Award 2021 and the Nina Saxena Excellence in Award 2021 and the Nina Saxena Excellence in Technology Award 2020.

During his undergraduate years, Nikhil was an active member of SAE IIT Kanpur and has worked on designing and developing full-scale race cars. He also served as an advisor to the Science and Technology Council at IIT Kanpur, where he shared his passion for innovation and technology.
