Priscilla Fasoro represents clients on a wide variety of complex commercial transactions, specializing in those involving technology, intellectual property and data. In particular, her practice focuses on negotiating outsourcing and other technology-driven agreements, including services agreements for both service providers and customers. Priscilla represents clients in a wide array of industries, including technology services, public utility, automobile, consumer goods, airline, hospitality, banking, private equity, and fashion. Prior to joining Covington, Priscilla worked as in-house counsel at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, where she supported the organization’s largest accounts.

Priscilla received her J.D. in 2012 from Cornell Law School where she was a Helen Paine Hoefer Scholar and served as Associate Editor of the Legal Information Institute. She received her B.A., cum laude, in 2009 from Rutgers University where she was a James Dickson Carr Scholar.
