Vipul is the co-founder and CEO of Aereo (earlier Aarav Unmanned Systems (AUS)) which is a drone-solutions start-up leading the commercial segment in India with its vertically integrated end-to-end solutions.

Vipul has a background in Aerospace engineering and has been very active with policy suggestions and industrial committees for the drone ecosystem in India. He is also the Vice Chairperson of the Drone Federation of India. Aereo originated from IIT Kanpur in 2013 and established itself as the leader of India’s commercial drone segment by continuously setting new technological benchmarks. Aereo also serves the SVAMITVA project, large-scale mapping projects across India, and multiple private enterprises in the mining and infrastructure sector.
